Seenly is an AI visibility service for local businesses, operated by LoonieOne. This policy describes the information we collect when you use the site, a free preview, or a signed-in account. Questions and deletion requests go to hello@useseenly.com.

We collect only what we need to run the product:

• Account details, such as your email address, a password if you create one, and, if you sign in with Google, your name.
• Business details you enter, such as the business name, category, address, website, and competitors.
• Check results: the questions we ask, the answers, scores, and cited sources.
• Basic technical data, such as a sign-in session cookie and the time of a request.

A password is stored by the sign-in service as a hash. We cannot read it. We do not sell personal information.

If you choose Continue with Google, Seenly receives only the email address and basic profile Google shares for sign-in, which is your name and email. We use them to create your account and to recognize you when you come back. We do not request your Google contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google data.

We use this information to sign you in, run visibility checks, show your dashboard, and reply when you write to us. Checks send the business details and questions to the AI providers we use (such as OpenAI, Google, and Meta) so they can answer. We do not send them your account email for that purpose.

We share information with service providers that host the product, store data, send sign-in email, or run a check. They may use it only to provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect Seenly, our users, or the public.

We keep account and check data while your account is open, and for a short time afterward so we can finish billing questions or restore a business you ask us to restore. Email hello@useseenly.com to access or delete your account. We delete or de-identify the personal information we are not required to keep.

Sign-in uses a session cookie so you stay logged in. We do not use that cookie to advertise to you on other sites.

Seenly is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 16.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of Seenly after that date means you accept the update.
