Seenly

Terms

Last updated October 21, 2026

The service

These terms are an agreement between you and LoonieOne for Seenly, a service that checks whether AI assistants mention a local business. By using the site, a free preview, or an account, you agree to these terms. Questions go to hello@useseenly.com.

Accounts

You can sign in with an email link. When Continue with Google is offered, that option uses only your email address and basic profile (your name and email). You are responsible for the account and for the businesses you add to it. Give us accurate business details. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission.

Acceptable use

Use Seenly for your own business, or for a business you are allowed to represent. Do not:

  • Break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights.
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the service or the AI providers behind a check.
  • Resell the service or scrape it to build a competing product.
  • Upload information you do not have the right to share.

Checks and scores

A check asks third-party AI assistants a set of questions and stores what they answer. Scores, ranks, and suggestions describe those answers. They are not a guarantee of customers, rankings, or revenue, and they are not legal, financial, or marketing advice. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. You decide what to do with them.

Your content

You keep ownership of the business details you submit. You give us permission to host that information and to send what a check needs to the AI providers, so we can operate Seenly for you. We own the product, the scores we calculate, and the site.

Plans and fees

A free preview and a trial, when offered, are described on the site. A paid plan is the price shown when you start it, currently $29 per business each month unless a different price is shown. Taxes may apply. We do not charge a fee we have not shown you. Email us to cancel. Cancellation stops future charges. Fees already due stay due.

Ending access

You may stop using Seenly at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we discontinue the service. We will email the account address when we can reasonably do so.

Liability

Seenly is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, LoonieOne is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for Seenly in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using Seenly after the updated date, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and email us to close the account.
